These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the https://gtatracker.gg website (“Site”), operated by GTATRACKER.GG (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
GTATracker.GG is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. You agree not to:
• Misuse the Site, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access it using a method other than the interfaces and instructions we provide.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other users’ accounts, or the systems and networks connected to the Site.
• Scrape, copy, or harvest content or data from the Site at scale without our written permission.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code or material.
• Use automated tools to flood the Site with requests or otherwise degrade its performance for other users.
You do not need an account to use most of the Site. Some features, such as commenting, submitting map markers, and syncing your tracking progress, require signing in with a Discord account. By signing in, you authorize us to receive basic profile information from Discord, such as your username and avatar, which we use to operate those features.
You are responsible for the activity that happens through your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to create an account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Parts of the Site let you contribute content, such as comments, map marker submissions, marker edit suggestions, custom lists, and tier lists (“Contributions”). You keep ownership of your Contributions, but by submitting them you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute them on the Site and in connection with operating and promoting the Site.
You are responsible for what you submit. You agree that your Contributions will not:
• Contain unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or sexually explicit material.
• Contain spam, advertising, or promotional content.
• Infringe anyone else’s copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Contain deliberately false or misleading information presented as fact.
• Include personal information about other people without their consent.
We review certain Contributions, such as map marker submissions, before they appear publicly. We may edit, decline, or remove any Contribution at any time and at our sole discretion, and we may ban accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate these standards.
All information on the Site is provided “as is” and for general information purposes only. We label entries by how confirmed they are, and we make no guarantee that any detail is accurate, complete, or current. Always treat unconfirmed data accordingly. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on information found on the Site.
The original content of the Site, including our text, database organization, tools, layout, and design, belongs to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may share links to our pages and quote short excerpts with attribution, but you may not republish substantial portions of the Site without our permission.
GTATracker.GG is an independent project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Grand Theft Auto and all related trademarks, logos, artwork, and copyrighted materials are the property of their respective owners. Any game assets shown on the Site are used for informational and editorial purposes.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, and may display advertising delivered by third-party partners. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of any third-party website is subject to that website’s own terms and policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GTATRACKER.GG and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed the amount you have paid us to use the Site, which is zero, as the Site is free.
We may suspend or end your access to the Site, or any part of it, at any time and without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we need to do so to protect the Site or its users. You may stop using the Site at any time, and you can delete your account and its data from your account settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
