FlyLo FM is an experimental hip hop station in GTA 5 and GTA Online hosted by the producer Flying Lotus. It mixes beat-scene instrumentals with glitchy production and skits from his alter ego Captain Murphy. It suits players who want something strange and off-kilter rather than a straightforward rap station. Flying Lotus built his reputation on woozy, jazz-inflected beats that do not follow normal song structure, and the station reflects that directly, moving between instrumentals, half-songs and short skits without warning. The Captain Murphy character adds a dark, cartoonish voice between tracks that few other stations attempt. It rewards players who like being surprised by what plays next rather than knowing every track in advance. FlyLo FM dates back to the game's original 2013 release rather than any later update. Try it when The Lab or Los Santos Underground Radio still feel too conventional.
Tune in from any vehicle's radio or the Media Player app on your in-game phone. Hosted by Flying Lotus.
