West Coast Classics is a classic hip hop station in GTA 5 and GTA Online hosted by the producer and filmmaker DJ Pooh. It plays golden-era West Coast rap and G-funk rather than newer trap or mainstream hits. It suits a slow cruise in a lowrider more than a high-speed chase. DJ Pooh worked with West Coast rap acts through the genre's biggest years and helped shape the sound the station now celebrates. Expect deep basslines, funk samples and laid-back flows that defined Los Santos-style rap long before the newer stations arrived. It works as the classic counterpart to Radio Los Santos, covering the history where Radio Los Santos covers the present. West Coast Classics has been part of the game since its original 2013 release. Put it on for any drive where you want the classics that defined the city's streets rather than what is popular now.
Tune in from any vehicle's radio or the Media Player app on your in-game phone. Hosted by DJ Pooh.
Artists you will hear include 2Pac, Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, Cypress Hill, Above the Law.
