V-Rock

Overview

V-Rock is confirmed as one of GTA 6's radio stations, playing hard rock and heavy metal. The name and format are not new to the series. Earlier Grand Theft Auto games set in Vice City have carried a station under the same name, making this one of the more direct callbacks on the GTA 6 dial. Hard rock and heavy metal together cover heavily distorted guitar, driving drums and a generally aggressive, high energy sound, built for loud, fast driving more than any relaxed cruise. Given the returning name, there is a clear thread connecting this station to the rock stations of the earlier Vice City set games, even though Rockstar has not confirmed exactly how closely the new version follows the old one. A full track list has not been released, and no host has been confirmed for V-Rock. Whether the station changes further before the game ships on November 19, 2026 remains to be seen.
