S tier

S-tier cars are best-in-class purchases with strong measured performance or a practical use that cheaper conventional cars do not match.

FMJ MK V HSW

• Measured result: 0:54.704 HSW lap, 155.75 mph HSW top speed
• Base price: GTA$2,965,000 before HSW conversion
• Best use: HSW circuit racing
• Main drawback: HSW platform restriction and high total cost

The FMJ MK V records the quickest HSW lap in the current car data. It is not the HSW top-speed leader, but its 0:54.704 circuit result puts the performance case ahead of the Banshee GTS for racing.

Niobe HSW

• Measured result: 0:55.389 HSW lap, 159.5 mph HSW top speed
• Base price: GTA$1,880,000 before HSW conversion
• Best use: HSW performance with a lower base entry price
• Main drawback: HSW platform restriction

The Niobe is 0.685 seconds behind the HSW FMJ MK V and 3.75 mph faster. Its base vehicle costs GTA$1,085,000 less, which makes it the strongest measured alternative before conversion prices are considered.

Emerus

• Measured result: 0:57.624 lap, 126.75 mph
• Base price: GTA$2,750,000
• Best use: Conventional Super-class circuit racing
• Main drawback: Two seats and a high purchase price

The Emerus leads our filtered conventional-car lap table when Open Wheel and special weapon or boost vehicles are removed. It earns S tier through repeatable race pace, not straight-line speed.

Toreador

• Measured result: 0:56.624 lap, 135.25 mph
• Base price: GTA$4,250,000
• Best use: Free roam and activities that permit its special systems
• Main drawback: Very high price and mode restrictions

The Toreador combines an unusually quick recorded lap with special-vehicle utility. It sits outside a normal race-car comparison, which is also why its 0:56.624 time does not make it the automatic answer for standard racing.

Kuruma (Armored)

• Measured result: 1:07.701 lap, 109.75 mph
• Base price shown: GTA$698,250
• Best use: Missions dominated by NPC gunfire
• Main drawback: Poor explosive protection and modest pace

The Kuruma (Armored) is here for one specific job. Its cabin protection can simplify many PvE missions even though it is nowhere near the racing leaders. The author must re-test its protection against current mission enemies before publication.

A tier

A-tier cars are excellent in a defined role but lose points through price, access, platform limits, or a clear performance tradeoff.

Weaponized Ignus HSW

At 0:55.222, the Weaponized Ignus has the second-quickest HSW lap in this group. Its GTA$4.5 million base price and platform restriction keep it below the cheaper Niobe.

Krieger

The Krieger records a 0:57.924 lap and 128 mph top speed for GTA$2,875,000. It gives up 0.3 seconds to the Emerus in this test but remains close enough to merit a handling-focused editorial comparison.

Turismo Omaggio

The Turismo Omaggio records a 0:57.775 lap, only one thousandth of a second behind the standard FMJ MK V. Its 122.5 mph top speed is less persuasive on high-speed routes.

Banshee GTS

The Banshee GTS is the regular top-speed leader at 138 mph and the HSW speed leader at 172.5 mph. Its standard 1:00.621 lap and HSW 0:57.574 lap explain why it ranks below the circuit specialists in an overall score.

Itali GTO

The Itali GTO pairs a 0:59.359 lap with 128 mph top speed at a GTA$1,965,000 base price. It is a strong Sports-class performance buy, though not a substitute for checking the class permitted by a race.

Nightshark

The Nightshark records 105.25 mph and a 1:06.750 lap. Its value is defensive free-roam transport, not racing. Current explosive-resistance and occupant-exposure claims need hands-on verification before publication.

Buffalo STX

The Buffalo STX reaches 126 mph with a 1:03.147 lap at a GTA$2,150,000 base price. Four-seat practicality and eligible security upgrades make the utility case, subject to a current Agency workshop check.

Omnis e-GT

The Omnis e-GT has modest test figures of 111.5 mph and 1:04.431. It ranks here for four-door utility and available defensive upgrades, not raw speed. Confirm every supported upgrade in game before sign-off.

Virtue

The Virtue records a quick 0:59.293 lap despite a 119.5 mph maximum. Its GTA$2,980,000 store price is high, but eligible players can receive it through the related mission chain. That acquisition path needs a current in-game check.

B tier

B-tier cars remain good purchases. Each is outperformed, restricted, or less complete than an A-tier option for the same job.

Pariah

The Pariah reaches 136 mph for GTA$1,420,000, making it one of the best non-HSW speed values. A 1:00.644 lap keeps it out of the top circuit group.

La Coureuse HSW

The La Coureuse improves from a 1:00.811 standard lap to 0:56.139 with HSW. Its 142.5 mph HSW top speed is well below the Banshee GTS, and the placement depends on a supported edition.

Deveste Eight HSW

The Deveste Eight reaches 151 mph and laps in 0:58.209 with HSW. The GTA$1,795,000 base price is reasonable in this group, but newer HSW cars are quicker around the test circuit.

S95 HSW

The S95 jumps from 116.25 to 156.5 mph with HSW and records a 0:59.559 HSW lap. It is a straight-line result with more circuit compromise than the Niobe or FMJ MK V.

Weevil Custom

The Weevil Custom is second among regular cars here at 137.5 mph but laps in 1:05.365. Its displayed GTA$980,000 price does not include every acquisition step, so verify the full Benny's cost.

Turismo Classic HSW

The Turismo Classic records 151.5 mph and a 0:59.960 HSW lap. Its GTA$705,000 base price makes the starting point attractive, though conversion access and total spend still matter.

Zentorno

The Zentorno costs GTA$725,000, reaches 122.25 mph, and records a 1:00.878 lap. It no longer leads performance tables, but the price is far below current multi-million-dollar Super cars.

Turismo R

The Turismo R records 122.5 mph and a 1:01.578 lap for GTA$500,000. This is a budget Super-car case, not a fastest-lap recommendation.

Draugur

The Draugur records 111.75 mph and a 1:02.095 road-test lap at GTA$1,870,000. Its case rests on off-road use, which the standard circuit does not measure and the assigned author must test separately.

Insurgent Pick-Up Custom

The Insurgent Pick-Up Custom records only 98.5 mph and a 1:11.906 lap. It belongs in the shortlist for crew and defensive utility. The GTA$202,500 database figure is not the complete acquisition cost and must not be presented as such.

C tier

C-tier choices work in a niche or at a budget, but a similarly accessible car usually gives a stronger result.

Duke O'Death

The Duke O'Death reaches 114.5 mph with a 1:09.519 lap. Its low displayed price and defensive bodywork can help a new player, but two seats and weak lap pace limit it.

Calico GTF

The Calico GTF records 121 mph and a 1:02.963 lap for GTA$1,995,000. It remains a usable Tuner option, but its current database performance does not justify an overall A-tier position.

Sultan RS Classic

The Sultan RS Classic posts 117.5 mph and a 1:02.747 lap at GTA$1,789,000. Class preference can justify it, but the overall value score is ordinary.

Jester RR

The Jester RR reaches 126 mph but records a 1:04.031 lap at GTA$1,970,000. Its speed is respectable, while the tested circuit result and price pull it down this mixed ranking.

Elegy RH8

The Elegy RH8 costs GTA$95,000 in the current database, reaches 118.75 mph, and laps in 1:02.279. It is a sensible early car, but “good for the price” does not make it a current top performer.

D tier

D-tier cars are weak recommendations at their current stored price when the goal is performance or broad utility. This is not a claim that they are unusable.

Entity MT

The Entity MT reaches 131.25 mph but records a 1:03.196 lap at GTA$2,355,000. The high straight-line figure does not offset the price and circuit gap in this comparison.

Tezeract

The Tezeract costs GTA$2,825,000, reaches 125.75 mph, and laps in 1:00.678. Several cheaper choices above match or beat that performance.

Furia

The Furia records 121.75 mph and a 1:00.594 lap at GTA$2,740,000. The lap is usable, but the price leaves little objective reason to choose it over quicker conventional racers.
