The Cayo Perico Heist, Diamond Casino Heist, and Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid are S tier for their mix of access, repeat value, and player flexibility. The Kortz Center Heist has a large headline payout, but its mansion and Art Studio requirement keeps it below the best-value tier for a new account.

Info: Tiers are not sorted by maximum payout alone. We score ownership cost, required crew, preparation burden, repeat payout, target availability, failure risk, and solo access.

S tier

The Cayo Perico Heist is the only major board heist with a solo finale. Its best target is event-only, so ordinary planning must use the available primary target and a realistic secondary bag. The Diamond Casino Heist needs at least two players and has NPC crew deductions, but approach choice and a strong vault still make it one of the best crew activities.

Cluckin' Bell needs no property purchase and pays a fixed finale reward in the local dataset. That low barrier is the reason it reaches S tier even though its headline is below the event maximums.

Tip: A first property purchase should unlock repeatable income, not merely the largest finale number. Compare the full ownership path before buying.

A tier

The Pacific Standard Job remains the strongest original apartment finale, but it requires four players and carried cash can be lost to damage. The Doomsday Scenario has a large hard-mode take, balanced by Facility ownership and a demanding chain. The Dr. Dre VIP Contract offers a reliable fixed finale path from an Agency.

B tier

The Kortz Center Heist supports solo play and can produce a large host take, but its cheapest mansion plus required Art Studio creates a very high entry cost. Repeat-sale conditions also matter. It is a later-account luxury route, not a starter recommendation.

The Bogdan Problem, Humane Labs Raid, and Data Breaches are solid with an organized team. Property cost, preparation, and coordination keep them below A tier.

C and D tiers

The Fleeca Job is an excellent tutorial for two players and cheap to start. Oscar Guzman Flies Again and KnoWay Out add solo-friendly variety, but they do not beat the strongest repeat routes in the default model.

The Prison Break and Series A Funding require four players. Their role coordination and restart risk make them poor routine money choices unless the team is completing the original sequence or wants the experience.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the best heist in GTA Online?+

Cayo Perico is the best flexible major heist because it supports a solo finale. Diamond Casino is a stronger crew alternative, while Cluckin' Bell has the lowest property barrier.

Is the Kortz Center Heist worth it?+

It is a later-account activity. A mansion and Art Studio create a much higher ownership barrier than Cayo, Casino, or the no-property Cluckin' Bell raid.

Which GTA Online heist is easiest?+

Fleeca is the simplest traditional two-player introduction. Cluckin' Bell is the stronger low-barrier money route for a solo-capable account.
