The Data Breaches is the first act of the Doomsday Heist, a two to four player job that has you recovering stolen Clifford network data with help from a dead IAA agent's paranoid, hard to trust contacts. It pays up to $812,500 and is the entry point into the whole Doomsday chain. The setups have you breaking into a cyber security office, tailing a suspect through the city and stealing valuable hacking hardware before the crew can piece together who is really behind the data theft. It plays more like a spy thriller than a bank job, mixing stealth, hacking minigames and vehicle chases across several short missions rather than one long finale. Four distinct scenes keep the pace changing throughout the act. It works well as an introduction for a crew new to the Doomsday Heist, since the setup cost of $65,000 is the lowest of the three acts and the missions teach the hacking and stealth skills the later acts build on. Clearing it is what unlocks the Bogdan Problem next.
Requires a Facility property. Doomsday acts scale from two to four players, with prep missions in free roam and setup missions from the facility board.
The finale pays up to $812,500 on hard, plus first-time bonuses for each act.
