The Bogdan Problem is Act II of the Doomsday Heist, a two to four player job that has you boarding a Russian submarine to meet a mysterious contact named Bogdan and find out who has really been pulling strings behind the Doomsday plot. It pays up to $1,187,500 and sits between the opening data breaches and the volcano finale. The setup missions send you after prototype hardware and a rogue submarine before the finale itself, boarding the enemy submarine to meet Bogdan and pull the real story out of him. That finale became one of the most replayed missions in GTA Online, since a coordinated crew can run it again and again for a steady payout once they know the layout. It rewards a crew that already knows the map over one still learning it. It sits in the middle of the Doomsday chain for a reason. You need to have finished the Data Breaches first, and clearing the Bogdan Problem is what opens the door to the Doomsday Scenario finale. The $95,000 setup cost buys you access to every prep mission in the act.
Requires a Facility and completed Act I. The Avenger and Strombergs from the preps carry into the finale.
Up to $1,187,500 on hard. Two-player crews favour this act for its payout-to-effort ratio.
