Dave Norton is a corrupt FIB agent, though comparatively more principled than most of the people he works with. Years earlier, he arranged the deal that let Michael fake his death and disappear into witness protection. That history gives Norton a level of trust with Michael that nobody else in the FIB shares, and he uses it to keep pulling Michael and the crew into government jobs that benefit him as much as his employer. He walks a careful line between protecting Michael and satisfying his own ambitious superior, Steve Haines, who has far fewer scruples about how the crew gets used. Norton's loyalty is real, but it is never entirely selfless. He is voiced by Julian Gamble, playing Norton as someone who chose the FIB over honesty a long time ago and has been managing the consequences ever since.
Appears in the Prologue and returns in 'Three's Company' and later FIB missions.
