Floyd Hebert is Wade's meek cousin, a longshoreman who works down at the docks in Los Santos. While his fiancee is away, Trevor and Wade move into his apartment and turn it into a hideout, whether Floyd likes it or not. Floyd is timid and constantly miserable about the arrangement, but he lacks the nerve to actually throw Trevor and Wade out of his own home. His discomfort is played for dark comedy at first, as Trevor treats him with casual disrespect and drags him into schemes he clearly wants no part of, but Floyd's story does not stay purely comic for long. Being tied to Wade and Trevor ends up costing him far more than his peace and quiet. His arc is one of the story's clearer examples of an ordinary civilian pulled into the crew's orbit and paying for it.
Introduced when Trevor moves into his apartment in the mid-game Los Santos chapters.
