Franklin's loud, comedic best friend and fellow member of the Chamberlain Gangster Families, Lamar constantly chases get-rich schemes that tend to backfire. He owns the dog Chop and provides much of the story's humor while remaining loyal to Franklin. He returns as a major GTA Online figure.
