Patricia Madrazo is the wife of cartel boss Martin Madrazo. During a violent dispute between Trevor and her husband, Trevor takes her, and what starts as leverage turns into something stranger the longer she stays with him. While she is held in Sandy Shores, Trevor develops a genuine, if odd, affection for Patricia, and she seems to find something appealing in his chaos as well, which complicates what should be a straightforward hostage situation. Her presence turns a business dispute into a dangerous, personal feud with the Madrazo cartel, since Martin is not the type of man to let this go unanswered. Patricia herself seems almost amused by the trouble she causes. Her time in the story is short but it adds a strange, darkly comic thread to Trevor's ongoing conflict with Martin Madrazo.
Appears after 'Mr. Madrazo' as Trevor keeps her at his trailer.
