Overview

An unscrupulous Armenian luxury-car dealer who employs Franklin and Lamar to repossess cars through predatory loans, Simeon is smug and manipulative. His shady dealings kick off Franklin's storyline. He also becomes an early job-giver in GTA Online.

Introduced in 'Franklin and Lamar' at the Premium Deluxe Motorsport dealership.
