Simeon Yetarian is an unscrupulous Armenian car dealer who owns Premium Deluxe Motorsport and employs Franklin and Lamar to repossess vehicles. His business model leans on predatory loans that are practically designed for buyers to default on. Simeon is smug and manipulative, always positioning himself as the reasonable one even while he strings Franklin along with vague promises of a better job. His repossession work is what opens Franklin's storyline at the very start of the game, giving him a reason to be driving fast, avoiding trouble and dealing with an employer he clearly does not fully trust. He is voiced by Demosthenes Chrysan. He later becomes an early job-giver in GTA Online as well, offering vehicle work to new characters in much the same spirit as his role in the story.
