Tonya Wiggins is a friend of Franklin's who is dealing with drug problems of her own. She asks him for a favor, covering her boyfriend's shifts at a tow-truck job while he is unavailable. That favor turns into a short series of towing missions where you hook up abandoned or repossessed vehicles and haul them across the city on a timer. It is one of the more accessible early side jobs offered to Franklin, light on story and heavy on straightforward driving work. Tonya herself appears only briefly around the setup, letting the towing gameplay carry the rest of the strand. She is voiced by Brianna Colette. Her missions work well as an early distraction for players still learning Los Santos, without asking for much investment in her personal situation.
