Spawn Comet is a Vehicle Spawn cheat that puts the Comet sports car next to you on demand. It is a quick way to get a nimble sports car for a joyride or a race against friends, without a trip to a dealership first. You can only trigger this in Story Mode, not in GTA Online. It switches off achievements and trophies until you finish that session, and gold medal times are unavailable until a clean save is loaded. Cheats are never written to your save file. Choose an open patch of ground before you use it, since it can otherwise spawn on top of you or a nearby vehicle. The phone number is built to spell COMET on a keypad, which makes it one of the easier cheat numbers to remember.
On any platform, open the in-game cell phone, bring up the dial pad and call 1-999-266-38. On PC you can also press the tilde key and type the cheat's console name.
Xbox: press RB, B, RT, RIGHT, LB, LT, A, A, X, RB during gameplay.
PlayStation: press R1, CIRCLE, R2, RIGHT, L1, L2, X, X, SQUARE, R1 during gameplay.
Cheats work in story mode only and disable achievements and trophies for the session. Save before using one - some effects cannot be turned off without reloading.
