Hood Safari sends Franklin Clinton and Trevor Philips into rival gang territory to buy drugs, a deal that erupts into a running gun battle and a boat escape up the Los Santos River. It pairs two of the game's most different personalities on the same job for one of the first times. Gold medal asks for a finish within 07:00, accuracy of 70% or higher, and headshots on 12 enemies. Since the escape switches to a boat partway through, saving a few clean headshots for the riverbank chase keeps the accuracy total up even after the fighting moves onto the water. The mission does as much to build the Franklin and Trevor dynamic as it does to move the plot forward.
Given by Franklin during the mid-game.
