The Border Collie is a herding-type dog that roams both rural Blaine County and the streets of Los Santos as a pedestrian pet. It is calm and alert rather than aggressive, and it poses no threat to the player. Because it turns up in both the countryside and the city, it is one of the more widely seen dog breeds rather than one tied to a single neighborhood. It counts among the domestic dogs playable through peyote, so it is one of several possible outcomes when you use a dog-type peyote plant. Look for it wherever pedestrians walk their dogs, in both rural and urban settings, since it is not restricted to one area. Its peyote plant follows the same broad rule as the other pedestrian dog breeds.
Found with pedestrians and around rural properties; playable via the Domestic Dog peyote plant.
