The Cormorant, officially the Great Cormorant, is a dark water bird found along coastlines, rivers, and the Alamo Sea in GTA 5. It dives for fish near the water's edge rather than flying far inland. It stays close to water rather than roaming the skies the way a hawk does, so you will spot it perched near the shore or diving just after it. An elevated peyote plant lets you fly as a cormorant, putting you low over water instead of high over the map. Its peyote plant is set up high, in keeping with how most bird transformations work, but the bird itself favors low, watery routes once you are airborne. Rivers, lakeshores, and the Alamo Sea are the places to expect it.
