The Pigeon is the everyday city bird of Los Santos, gathering on rooftops, wires, and pavement across the urban map. It is skittish and flutters away the moment the player walks too close. It is one of the most common birds in the game simply because it sticks to busy streets rather than the countryside, so you will see it constantly while walking through the city. An elevated peyote plant lets you fly the skies as a pigeon, turning the bird you normally scare off into the one you control. Its peyote plant is set up high, consistent with the other bird transformations, and it is easiest to find in the same dense city blocks where the pigeons themselves gather. Los Santos streets are the only real place to look.
