Change Weather is a Weather cheat that cycles through the game's weather effects each time you use it. It is a quick way to set up a clear sky for photos or a storm for a more dramatic drive, without waiting on the weather to change by itself. You need Story Mode for this one too, GTA Online will not respond to it. It disables achievements, trophies and gold medal eligibility for the session, until you reload a save with a clean cheat record. None of it survives a reload. Keep entering the code to step through the different weather types until you land on the one you want. It changes the sky and lighting only, it does not touch time of day on its own.
On any platform, open the in-game cell phone, bring up the dial pad and call 1-999-625-348-7246. On PC you can also press the tilde key and type the cheat's console name.
Xbox: press RT, A, LB, LB, LT, LT, LT, X during gameplay.
PlayStation: press R2, X, L1, L1, L2, L2, L2, SQUARE during gameplay.
Cheats work in story mode only and disable achievements and trophies for the session. Save before using one - some effects cannot be turned off without reloading.
