Slow Motion is a World and Physics cheat that slows the entire game down around you, not just your own movement. It is useful for lining up a tricky shot, watching a crash unfold, or filming a slower, more dramatic clip. You need to be in Story Mode for this, GTA Online does not carry it at all. Achievements and trophies are gone for the rest of the session, and gold medal runs are locked out until a save with no cheats is loaded. It cannot be saved into your file. Entering the code again makes the effect stronger, so you can layer it for an even slower crawl if one pass is not dramatic enough. It affects everything on screen at once, not just enemies or traffic, so your own character also moves at the slower pace.
On any platform, open the in-game cell phone, bring up the dial pad and call 1-999-756-966. On PC you can also press the tilde key and type the cheat's console name.
Xbox: press Y, LEFT, RIGHT, RIGHT, X, RT, RB during gameplay.
PlayStation: press TRIANGLE, LEFT, RIGHT, RIGHT, SQUARE, R2, R1 during gameplay.
Cheats work in story mode only and disable achievements and trophies for the session. Save before using one - some effects cannot be turned off without reloading.
