The Rednecks are a loose grouping of rural white criminals scattered across Blaine County, particularly around Sandy Shores and the desert. Rougher and less organized than the city gangs, they engage in gun ownership, drug use and petty violence typical of the backcountry. They form part of the lawless atmosphere of Trevor's home territory.
