Document Forgery Office Grapeseed is the single cheapest MC business in the game, priced at $650,000 up in Grapeseed. It runs the same document forgery operation as its pricier city counterpart down in Textile City. Supplies come in through steal or buy missions, production builds up forged documents over time up to a stock cap, and sell missions turn that stock into cash once it is ready. It also feeds Printing and Copying goods into a Nightclub warehouse for players who have one linked and staffed. Its low price makes it a common purchase purely to unlock that Nightclub link, since forgery is the weakest earner of the five MC products on its own merits.
Buy it in GTA Online from Maze Bank Foreclosures (The Open Road) for $650,000.
Owning it unlocks: Document forgery production and sell missions; supply steal/buy missions; feeds Printing & Copying goods to a Nightclub warehouse.
