Eclipse Towers, Apt 5, is a high-end apartment priced at $382,000. It is a lower-floor unit in the tower that trades some of the view for a smaller price tag than its higher floor building mates. It carries the same ten car garage and heist planning room as every other Eclipse Towers apartment. Functionally it is identical to every other high-end apartment in the building, hosting the Fleeca Job through the Pacific Standard Job the same way Apt 31 or Apt 3 does at a much higher price. The lower floor mainly affects the view from the window rather than anything tied to gameplay.
