It carries the same ten car garage and custom interior styles as the building's cheaper Penthouse Suite 1 and Penthouse Suite 2, plus a heist planning room able to host anything from the Fleeca Job through the Pacific Standard Job. Despite sitting at the very top of the apartment price range, its heist function is no different from a far cheaper apartment across the city, so the price buys prestige and interior customization rather than any exclusive gameplay. Being the single priciest apartment in the game makes it a status purchase more than a practical one, since every heist-capable apartment, however cheap, opens the same heist content this one does.
