It is the most expensive of the four small warehouses and a repossessed garage in West Vinewood, storing up to 16 crates like every other small warehouse in the game. Its selling point is being close to the Executive Offices and the north side of the city, which shortens the trip between managing a CEO organization and restocking or selling this warehouse's crates. Capacity and sale payouts are identical to the three cheaper small warehouses, so the higher price buys convenience of location rather than more crates. Being the priciest small warehouse without extra storage, it suits players who already have offices or other properties on the north side and want their crate business close by, more than players simply chasing the best value in the small tier.
