Grand Senora Desert Bunker is one of three bunkers in the Grand Senora area, priced above its two neighbors at $2,120,000. It sits centrally in the desert, a short drive from Route 68. It carries the full Gunrunning package: weapons manufacturing, sell missions, research for new weapon and vehicle upgrades, and Mobile Operations Center storage once upgraded. That package is identical at every bunker in the game, regardless of how much you paid for the address. Being central here means paying extra for essentially the same commute as the two cheaper Grand Senora bunkers, since the drive to most sell mission drop-offs barely changes between the three. Location within the cluster matters more than the address itself.
Buy it in GTA Online from Maze Bank Foreclosures for $2,120,000.
Owning it unlocks: Gunrunning business: weapons manufacturing, sell missions, research, MOC storage (with upgrade).
