Grapeseed Clubhouse is the cheapest of the two-floor clubhouses, priced at $225,000 in farm country in the north. Two stories of space cost barely more here than the single-floor desert options nearby. It brings the same package as any clubhouse: MC President registration, Clubhouse Contracts, MC Work, The Open Road for MC business purchases, and a 10-motorcycle garage. The extra floor is the main reason to pick this over a cheaper single-story clubhouse elsewhere. For players who want more interior room without paying city prices, this is one of the better value two-story options on the whole list. It sits close enough to Paleto Bay to make the drive north feel short by comparison.
Buy it in GTA Online from Maze Bank Foreclosures for $225,000.
Owning it unlocks: Register as MC President, Clubhouse Contracts, MC Work, access to MC businesses via The Open Road.
