The business is unchanged by the low price: MC President registration, Clubhouse Contracts, MC Work, The Open Road for buying MC businesses, and a 10-motorcycle garage all come standard. The single floor is the only real difference from its two-story neighbor down the road. The savings over the two-story version are small, so the choice mostly comes down to how much interior space matters against a long ride from almost everything in Los Santos.
