It comes with the full clubhouse package regardless of the remote setting: MC President registration, Clubhouse Contracts, MC Work, The Open Road for MC business purchases, and a 10-motorcycle garage. The two floors give more space than its one-story neighbor in the same town. It costs slightly more than the one-story Paleto Bay clubhouse for that extra floor, though both sit the same long ride away from most of Los Santos. The extra space is worth it for players who plan to spend a lot of time indoors.
