The map lists it separately from Unit 124 Popular Street, but the two names point at the same La Mesa lockup. It works as a cheap safety net for storing a car or two outside a main home. The two vehicle slots keep whatever is parked there insured, so a wrecked or stolen car gets replaced rather than lost for good. Like every standalone garage in the game, it has no interior, no wardrobe and no spawn point, since those features belong to apartments and houses, not lockups. It exists purely to hold cars. Since this is the same building as Unit 124 Popular Street, there is no benefit to owning both. Pick whichever name shows up first while browsing Dynasty 8 Real Estate and treat the other listing as the same lockup with a different address on paper.
