Sandy Shores Clubhouse is a cheap desert clubhouse close to the Blaine County business cluster, priced at $210,000. It is a single-floor building near the second cheapest end of the twelve clubhouses on offer. It carries the standard clubhouse business: MC President registration, Clubhouse Contracts, MC Work, The Open Road for buying MC businesses, and a 10-motorcycle garage. The low price does not change any of that, since the business is identical everywhere. Handy if your labs and factories are already out in the desert, since it keeps clubhouse trips and MC business runs close together on the same map. The single floor is a minor tradeoff against the nearby two-story options.
Buy it in GTA Online from Maze Bank Foreclosures for $210,000.
Owning it unlocks: Register as MC President, Clubhouse Contracts, MC Work, access to MC businesses via The Open Road.
