Tinsel Towers, Apt 42, is a high-end apartment priced at $492,000. It is the flagship unit of the art-deco Tinsel Towers building added with the High Life update. It comes with the same ten car garage and heist planning room as the building's two cheaper units, Apt 45 and Apt 29. As the flagship unit, it carries the building's top price, though its actual heist function, hosting the Fleeca Job through the Pacific Standard Job, is no different from the cheaper apartments in the same tower. It is one of the pricier standard high-end apartments in the game, though it still falls short of the Eclipse Towers penthouse suites in cost. Against its own building mates, it costs close to double Apt 29 for identical heist and garage capability, so the appeal is entirely about owning the best address in this specific building rather than any functional gain.
