Pistol Mk II in GTA 5

Overview

The Pistol Mk II is the upgraded version of the standard Pistol in GTA 5 and GTA Online, added with the Gunrunning update. It is a conversion done at a Weapon Workshop for $73,750. The data lists 32 damage, a fire rate of about 162 rounds per minute, a range figure of 120 and a 12 round magazine. The upgrade adds damage over the base Pistol at the same fire rate and magazine size, and it opens up the Mk II list: special ammo such as Hollow Point, Incendiary, Tracer and Full Metal Jacket rounds, plus sights, a suppressor or compensator, a flashlight and camo finishes. Hollow Point rounds do more against players without armor, and Incendiary rounds set targets alight. Those options are the real reason to convert. As a sidearm it remains a backup gun. The AP Pistol fires far faster and the Heavy Revolver Mk II hits far harder, but the Pistol Mk II is cheap to upgrade, handles well, and its special ammo gives it a job in freemode fights.

Shots to kill: target health divided by damage per shot (32 damage), rounded up. Time to kill: shots minus one, times 60 divided by 162 rounds per minute - the first shot lands at time zero. Full armor is treated as one flat 200 pool. Figures are point blank, before damage dropoff.
