The Coyote is a wild canine that prowls the deserts and hills of northern San Andreas, often after dark. It is wary of people rather than a serious threat, though it can act aggressively if provoked. It keeps its distance most of the time, which makes it more of a background presence than a real danger, but it is one of the animals Trevor hunts with Cletus. A ground-level peyote plant transforms you into a coyote, letting you roam the same deserts and hills at night from the animal's point of view. Northern desert and hill country, especially at night, is the most reliable place to find both the coyote and its peyote plant. Expect a wary, mildly aggressive animal rather than an outright predator.
Roams the desert and hills of Blaine County, especially at night; huntable and playable via a Coyote peyote plant.
