Basketball is the real sport of shooting a ball through a raised hoop, played in a pick up game or alone working on a shot. San Andreas let CJ play at courts back in 2004, and leaked material points to pick up basketball returning in GTA 6 for the first time since then, at public courts scattered around Vice City. If the leaks are right, Jason and Lucia could stop at a cracked public court for a solo shootaround or a casual game between jobs, a small break from the main story rather than a built out sports mode. Rockstar has not confirmed basketball for GTA 6, so treat the courts, the format and the return itself as expected rather than settled fact.
