GTA 6 Ultimate Edition includes the base game, the Ultimate Edition Upgrade, the Vintage Vice City Pack, and one month of GTA+ for digital pre-orders or purchases made before November 20, 2026.
The main thing to know is that this is the version for players who want extra vehicles, weapons, stores, cosmetics, and story-linked side content from day one.
The Ultimate Edition costs $99.99 in the US, which makes it $20 more than the $79.99 Standard Edition. Rockstar is also selling the Ultimate Edition Upgrade separately for Standard Edition owners, so buying the Standard Edition first doesn’t lock you out.

That matters because there’s no physical Ultimate Edition. If you buy the physical version, Rockstar says you’ll get a download code for the Standard Edition in the box, with no disc included, and you can buy the Ultimate Edition Upgrade later through the PlayStation or Xbox store.
GTA 6 Ultimate Edition Contents Explained
Here’s everything included with GTA 6 Ultimate Edition:
- Grand Theft Auto VI base game
- GTA 6 Ultimate Edition Upgrade
- Vintage Vice City Pack
- One month of GTA+ with eligible digital pre-orders or purchases before November 20, 2026
The Vintage Vice City Pack is the pre-order bonus attached to digital versions of GTA 6. It’s also included with physical pre-orders, though Rockstar’s support page lists the GTA+ month under digital versions. This pack is smaller than the Ultimate Edition Upgrade, but it still gives players a few early extras tied to Vice City style.
The Vintage Vice City Pack includes:
- ’55 Vapid Stanier Sedan and Garage
- Outfits and Hairstyles
- Exclusive Weapon Pattern
The bigger part of the package is the GTA 6 Ultimate Edition Upgrade. Rockstar says these bonuses are tied across Jason and Lucia’s story, with new items found behind each chapter. That makes this feel less like a simple skin bundle and more like a premium content pass folded into the main game.
It’s still paid content in a $79.99 game, which will annoy people, but the list is longer than a couple of shirts and a sports car.
The GTA 6 Ultimate Edition Upgrade includes:
- ’95 Grotti Cheetah
- Hawk & Little Morgan Revolvers
- Personalized Weapon Variants
- Vice City Styles
- Jason’s Safehouse Vehicles
- Ganado Retro Build
- Rideout Customs Mod Shop
- Sara’s Unisex Salon
- Shitzu Squalo
- Stock 305 Clothing Store
- ’67 Vapid Dominator Buggy and Garage
- Electric Fang Tattoo Parlor
- One-Eyed Willie’s Mod Shop
- Goodtime Gear
- PTT Youngin$ Compound
- Classic Car Collection
Some of those names are self-explanatory, while others sound like proper pieces of side content. PTT Youngin$ Compound appears to be a gang compound activity, while Classic Car Collection is about finding and restoring abandoned project cars.
The stores are also locked to this edition, including Rideout Customs, Sara’s Unisex Salon, Stock 305, Electric Fang Tattoo Parlor, and One-Eyed Willie’s Mod Shop.
Players should buy the Ultimate Edition only if they already know they’ll want the extra cars, character style options, shops, and side activities. Anyone mainly buying GTA 6 for the core story can start with the Standard Edition and upgrade later, which is the safer move if the $99.99 price feels rough.
