Lucia Caminos is the other playable lead in GTA 6, and the character Rockstar chose to put front and center in the reveal. She is a former inmate at Leonida Penitentiary, confirmed on Rockstar's official profile alongside Jason Duval as the two protagonists. Her story spans both Leonida and Vice City. Her father taught her to fight from an early age, and fighting for her family is what landed her in prison, according to Rockstar's own description. Fresh out of Leonida Penitentiary, she wants the life her mother has dreamed of since their time in Liberty City, and Rockstar frames Jason Duval as her possible way out. Beyond her connection to Jason, Rockstar has not named any other confirmed member of the cast as directly tied to Lucia. The game is set in Vice City and the state of Leonida, including the Leonida Keys and Port Gellhorn, and Lucia is the character most tied to the city itself rather than the rural parts of the map. Rockstar has confirmed her as a protagonist and named November 19, 2026 as the release date on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, but it has not gone into her family history beyond what the official profile covers.
