Who is confirmed in the GTA 6 cast, who is only rumored, and how the entries tell the two apart.
Who are the GTA 6 protagonists?+
Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos. Rockstar confirmed both as playable leads, with Lucia front and center in the first trailer and both profiled on the official website. Their pages here carry Rockstar's own descriptions and the confirmed setting details, and nothing beyond that.
What is the difference between an official and a rumored character?+
Official characters were named by Rockstar, either on the official website or in a trailer, and their pages use only that material. Rumored characters come from actor listings, leaks and community discussion; they are marked as unconfirmed and can be renamed, reworked or cut before launch. The two groups are labelled on every card so nobody mistakes a rumor for a fact.
Where is GTA 6 set and how does the cast fit into it?+
GTA 6 is set in Vice City and the wider state of Leonida, including the Leonida Keys, Port Gellhorn and the backcountry around Ambrosia. Rockstar's character profiles tie each person to a place: Jason and Brian Heder to the Keys, the Real Dimez duo to Vice City and Port Gellhorn, Boobie Ike and Dre'Quan Priest to the Vice City music scene. The character pages point to those places and to the map section.
Will the character list change before launch?+
Almost certainly. Rockstar adds official profiles in batches, and each new batch is added here with the official label. Rumored names are removed or upgraded to official as the facts arrive.
