Crotch Grab Guy is not a name Rockstar has given anyone. It is a label players started using for a man who shows up for a few seconds in the social media montage inside the first GTA 6 trailer. In the clip, he climbs out of his car and grabs at his crotch in an aggressive, exaggerated way aimed at whoever is filming. It is a quick, comic beat rather than anything tied to the main story, closer to a background gag than a character with lines or a role. No name, no voice line and no connection to Jason or Lucia has surfaced for him. Whatever he is doing in Leonida beyond that one clip is not known.
