Story so far

Thrillbilly Mud Girl is a community nickname, not a Rockstar-given name, for a woman shown covered in mud during the first GTA 6 trailer. She appears for only a moment, wearing a stars-and-stripes bikini and throwing up a devil-horns hand sign.

The scene places her at a rowdy, rural gathering rather than in Vice City itself, part of the game's wider look at small-town and backcountry life across Leonida. That contrast between the coastal city and muddier inland settings is one of the things the trailer uses her brief shot to show.

Nothing about who she is outside that one shot, or whether she appears again anywhere else in Leonida, has been shown. She stands as a quick snapshot of a particular kind of party rather than a character with any confirmed story.
