Dre appears in the same leak discussion and casting related material as several other rumored GTA 6 names, none of it coming from Rockstar. It is worth remembering that a nickname like this could easily be a placeholder used during casting rather than the name a finished character keeps. So far Rockstar has confirmed two playable characters for GTA 6, Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos, and has not referenced Dre in any trailer or official statement. Renaming, recasting and cutting roles between an early casting document and a finished game are all common, ordinary parts of how a production this size comes together. Dre would need to appear in Rockstar's own material, a trailer, character art, or the released game's credits, before it counts as confirmed. For now it is exactly what the leak discussion presents it as, an unverified name.
