Billy circulates in the same leak discussion and casting material as the rest of GTA 6's rumored cast, with nothing from Rockstar to back it up. A name this familiar could belong to more than one minor role, which is another reason to treat it carefully rather than assume a specific identity. Rockstar has confirmed exactly two GTA 6 characters, Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos, leaving every other name, Billy included, unaddressed in official material. Names inside a casting document commonly describe a role that is still being shaped, one that can be renamed, recast or dropped before the game ships. Billy would need to turn up in a Rockstar trailer, on its own character material, or in the finished game's credits to count as confirmed. It has not, so it remains a leak.
