A tracker jammer is real hardware that floods a radio band with noise to block GPS or tracking signals aimed at a vehicle or device, the kind of equipment most countries bar private citizens from using on public airwaves. The idea of using one to shake off pursuers suits a getaway scene well. This name appeared in the September 2022 leak, read as an evasion tool for GTA 6. Since it comes from leaked material and not an official reveal, Rockstar has not said which signal it jams, a police helicopter, a rival gang, a mission tracker, or something else entirely. The exact effect and how long it lasts are unconfirmed. File it under leaked evasion gear rather than a settled feature until Rockstar shows or states otherwise.
