San4San is a Haitian street gang rooted in La Perle, Vice City's version of Miami's real Little Haiti neighborhood, a genuine community built by Haitian immigrants that has shaped the real city's culture for decades. In GTA 6, the gang is built around neighborhood control and street level operations rather than a wider criminal network. The name surfaced in the verified September 2022 leak of GTA 6 material and can also be spotted on a mural in the second official trailer, which is the closest thing to an on screen appearance the gang has had. Rockstar itself has not formally named or confirmed San4San, so its role, its rivals and how players interact with it, if at all, remain unconfirmed. Nothing about faction gameplay, missions or reputation systems tied to any GTA 6 gang has been announced.
