Floating above the city in Trailer 1, the Blimp is patterned on the Goodyear GZ-20, the airship that has hovered over American sports for decades. Game files list four seats, a 12,000 kg mass, and a top speed just under 100 mph, all datamined figures rather than official specs. GTA V had one too, and it was exactly as slow and strangely calming as you would hope.

There is no confirmed way to get the Blimp. In GTA V it was tied to special access and later purchases, but nothing about GTA 6 availability has been stated. If it is flyable at all, expect it to be a novelty rather than practical transport.
It was confirmed drifting through the skyline in Trailer 1.
