BTN Delmar is the name attached to a rumored harbor tug in GTA 6, the slow, heavy kind of boat that pushes container ships and hauls barges rather than carrying passengers. It has none of the glamour of the game's other watercraft, and that is the point of a tugboat. Any city built around a working port needs tugs, and Leonida's shipping lanes and harbors give a utility boat like this an obvious reason to exist. Fans expect one grinding along in the background of the docks rather than sitting in a showroom. Rockstar has said nothing about it. There is no trailer or screenshot showing a tug, no in-game name, and given the studio's habit of inventing its own brands, a real one called BTN almost certainly would not survive into the finished game unchanged.
