Public transport, GTA style. The Bus is patterned on the New Flyer Xcelsior, the low-floor transit workhorse found in most American cities, and it rolled through GTA 6's first trailer. Game files list sixteen seats and 9,000 kg. Buses have been in the series since GTA 3, and they drive like you would expect: slowly, widely, and with total indifference to other traffic.
Rockstar has not confirmed availability. Transit buses have always been found on their routes or at depots, free to anyone willing to commit vehicle theft in front of a dozen witnesses. Expect the same here.
