Miami and cigarette boats go together, so a Vice City game needed one. The Clarion is patterned on Cigarette Racing's 38 Top Gun and 515 hulls, the definitive Florida offshore powerboats, and it appeared in GTA 6's first trailer. It is a new name for the series. Expect serious pace on open water and a trail of wake everywhere else.
Rockstar has not said how the Clarion is acquired. Performance boats in past games were bought from marinas or in-game sites, or simply taken from docks, and one of those routes seems likely here. Expectation only.
