Sometimes the right vehicle has no engine at all. The Cruiser is a classic beach bicycle in the 1930s American style, spotted in GTA 6 screenshots, and its presence confirms that cycling returns after GTA V. Game files list 120 kg, which seems generous for a bicycle, but datamined numbers are what they are. Expect gentle boardwalk pedaling, not transport.
Nothing confirmed, but bicycles in past games were found along beaches, boardwalks, and residential streets, free to grab. The Cruiser will almost certainly work the same way.
